ok. i think i'm a genius. lol. nvm. the point is. I managed to reformat the whole comp system myself. thanx to dell's technical support. haha.
and i lost lotsa stuffs too. damn it. now there's no microsoft office or whatever, no songs, no photos. all GONE. -_-.
